Return Policy

Unused and unworn straps can be returned or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Please email us at watchstrapscanada@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Order number
2. Name
3. If you are returning or exchanging the product.
4. Reason for return of exchange

We will answer within 3 business days with instruction to process return and/or exchange.

The shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility for non-defective items.

A strap or band that has been mounted on a watch is considered worn. We will refuse return of a straps that has marks caused by buckles, watch cases, or any other marks that affect our ability to resale the product. The safe return of the product is the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty

Watch Straps Canada offers a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies for any manufacturing defects. To claim the warranty, email us at watchstrapscanada@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Order Number
2. Name
3. Proof of defects (Include at least 2 clear pictures)

Once processed, we will send you a replacement product. If the product has been discontinued or is out of stock, you will have the possibility to select a replacement strap within the same price range.
